Default Advise on 2013 RX350 with 200K miles

2013 RX350 will hit 200K miles very soon (199,860miles to be exact). I became the second owner about 15 months ago with 177,000 miles. Its been running very smooth with no complaints. Any ideas/suggestion on how to keep it going for another 100K?
Per carfax, plugs were changed at 130K. I changed the brakes this past summer. Do oil changes every 5000 miles.

Fresh ATF is always a good idea in these aging vehicles. Stick with Toyota WS (conventional) or Idemitsu TLS-LV (synthetic). Multiple threads here on the forum that walk you through the relatively easy process of doing three successive drain-and-fills that will get you to about 85% fresh ATF.

Fresh brake and coolant fluids should be part of regular services. Some suggest rear diff fluid change at this mileage as well.

Do you have history on transmission fluid change? I diy mine find video with TCCN. Transmission fluid and filter change. No substitute anything. I go with OEM. Lexus fluid and parts. Fluid must be ATF WS. Follow instructions step by step. I always change all fluids, oil, coolant, gear lube etc… in my vehicles I don’t trust quick places. Did my 2013 Lexus RX 350 at 113,000 when I got it, I’m 2nd owner bought from 1st owner. Good luck.

Like mention, change the transmission fluid(drain and fill) every 60k miles or so. You can use the OEM fluid or an aftermarket fluid like Valvoline MaxLife transmission fluid. I personally used Valvoline MaxLife transmission fluid in my 2015 Rx350 with over 180k miles and the transmission shifts very smooth. My RX350 used to have some weird low speed stutter around 20mph, but it went away after a drain and fill with the Valvoline transmission fluid. I will also change my transmission filter by 200k miles.

I would also change the transfer-case, front and rear differential oils if you have an AWD model as well as the coolant. Coolant can become corrosive as it ages pass 100k miles and will eat away at the water pump and head gasket.

And last, change the PCV valve.

You should be good if you continue to keep your oil changes around 5k miles and follow my recommendation.

Please read the warranty and service manual [the thinest manual]. It lists manufacturers recommended services and interval based on miles and time. That should be followed as minimum and you should try to do more [as suggested ]. The key is don't mess up and don't use poor quality stuff.

At the end, the manufacturer promised 60K or so miles of trouble free service. 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x are all possible but being a machine it can fail.

In addition to the above maintenance items, the other thing I'd be considering is some kind of rust protection. That could be simply spraying the underside with something like Fluid Film or ACF 50, or a more comprehensive treatment. It sounds like you've kept it in good shape mechanically, so don't let something like corrosion sneak up and bite you.
