Question howl

Trying to figure out what this howling sound is while my 2014 is warming up and goes away. Seems to quiet down with an rpm increase,

Thank you.

Hard to tell without audio and knowledge of your model year and mileage. However, the usual suspects in this situation are an aging serpentine belt, or one of the belt idler pulleys or tensioner.
The best way to diagnose it is to leave it at a good independent car repair shop overnight so they can experience starting it up cold to hear the noise. Use Google or Yelp to look for well rated local shops.

What you can do at home is:

I would also do a quick level check of all the fluids and investigate any droppings on the floor. This would ensure critical lubrication is present.

You can also try to use your stereo hearing to triangulate the location and confirm using a long screwdriver with one end on the suspect area and ear on the other end. [Warning make sure your closing and body parts are not in the way of moving parts].
