Problems with aftermarket head unit
I recently purchased a kunfine carplay head unit from Amazon and when I went to install the new unit I noticed the OEM connector was a 24-pin and none of the plugs from the new unit matched. I have tried reaching out to the company but they are in China along with being in some contact with the Amazon seller who hasn't been much help and from my knowledge is a dropshipper. I was only given a canbus with two separate 20-pin connectors that read that they fit the rx from 09-14 and the ES from 13-17. I wondered if anyone else had a similar problem and had a fix, maybe a 20-pin male to 24-pin female, please let me know.
the car's plug
the cords plugged into the new unit
all the unused and unusable connectors besides the remote wiring to the top right.
