Default I'm back and have a Q!

Once again I'm back into another Lexus- this one is a '15 RX350 FWD with 62K miles, dark grey("Nebula"?) looks like new (to me) and we love it so far. It's a standard model with the 18" wheels, and I wonder if anyone on here has changed their tire size to 235/65-18? It appears that going up to a "65" aspect ratio increases the overall diameter one inch (1"). Looks like there's room. Any thoughts?

Not a good idea if you want to maintain speedometer and milage accuracy, normal gas mileage etc. All of that is geared to the original tire diameter. Even if you go to 19 inch wheels, the overall tire diameter will be the same using the OEM tire size.

Clutchless, Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I think the ~3% variance from stock would be acceptable to me. After all, some folks go the other way with "55" aspect ratios without worrying about maintaining accuracies. So...
