I had the transmission flushed at a Toyota dealership here at 80K miles. I didn't have the capacity to do it myself.
When I got the car back I think the steering wheel is off-center. I don't think it pulls to any direction, it's just tilted to the right when going straight.
Is there anything in the procedure of flushing the transaxle that might cause this issue?

Flushing a transmission will not cause that, but misuse, abuse, an accident etc. will. They damaged something.
