Default RX 350 Vanity visor light

Replaced a burned out vanity visor light and it did not work. Could it be a short in the visor. Replaced the other light and it works fine.
Is there a fix for this issue. Thanks for your feedback.

You need to measure voltage [preferably with a light 3watt probe]. To make sure time delay cut out * is not active, run the check/test with the vehicle running.
[*I am not sure if the visor is constant on].
