Do the rear seats on your RX450h fold flat??

No. They fold down, but they create 1- 1.5" surface higher than the trunk flat surface. This is due to the high voltage battery.
There are creative ways to solve [raise the bed of the hatch] with comforter/padding. If yo want to transport something flat 2x4 on its side can be used.
I would say, share with us the reason for what you seek.
Although I own 450H, you should make sure you purchase the hybrid model for the right reason. The hybrid shines in stop & go traffic and fro cruising speed the gas engine does the predominant work.

In our 2014 RX450h AWD (a Made in Japan version), the folded down rear seats are 2 inches higher than the cargo bed at the base of the seat (right next to next to the flat cargo bed) and slopes up to 6 inches above the cargo bed measured at the head rest portion of the rear seat (when folded).
As Salimshah notes, this "less than flat folded seat" is due to the high voltage battery that is located under the rear seat.
I have to add that we have previously owned a 2008 RX350 AWD which we liked, but we really love our 2014 RX450h AWD.
