Default Power Steering and Shifter will not budge, AFS, ABS, Power Steering indicators lit

Hi all,
Newbie here so please forgive etiquette errors --

I have 2010 RX350. Battery needed frequent jumps and so I was doing a check for parasite battery drains. Disconnected the battery and observed approximately 700 ma current flowing. Started checking the problem fuse-by-fuse. Identified that the 10 amp ECU fuse (#32) was draining around 500 ma.

Reinstalled the fuse and returned to the car the next day, the engine started but the car was stuck in park: Shifter will not move and steering will not budge. "Check ABS, Check AWD SYSTEM,CHECK AFS SYSTEM, Check POWER STEERING SYSTEM messages started flashing.
In addition, the following warning indicators lit up: AFS OFF, ABS, Power Steering System Warning, and Vehicle Stability Control (orange squiggly).

I am unable to move the car. Any help, suggestions, fixes would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, in advance,

Is the ECU fuse back in without damage?

Yes. In fact, I checked by installing a brand new fuse. Didnt make any difference.
Thanks for your response.

Yes, car started w/o jump. Battery 12.2 volts.
Thanks.

At this time my only suggestion would be to check each fuse in circuit and if they check out, the last ditch effort would be a power cycle ... disconnect battery for 20 min or so and reconnect. If that does not solve, I would search for a Lexus Toyota mechanic.

Just for grins, also check if the rear brake lights turn on with an assistant. [just because it is simple and for free]

It may require flat bedding your vehicle to shop, so call ahead and confirm that they will be able to figure it out. You don't want o keep flat bedding from A to B to C.
