2010 Lexus rx450h

the alarm settings for the vehicle when locking / unlocking or alarming the vehicle is almost none audible.

I have made the adjustments in the basic vehicle settings for it to be on the loudest setting. But no notable change.

anyone have an idea how to access the siren / hire or module controlling this ? And replace

How about panic/alarm volume level?

Another question is when did the volume level drop for you? Any work done between last time it was working fine to new?

Answer to the above may help us narrow down what could be causing it.
