Smoking Exhaust on Startup

Recently purchased a 2012 Lexus RX350 with 75k miles. Engine sounded perfect, fluid levels were good, no codes on scanner. After putting only 600 miles on vehicle it started to smoke heavy from the exhaust on startup. Burns a cloud for 30-60 seconds and smells like oil, then smoke dissipates. Head gasket was checked and was good, cylinders were checked and there are no misfires, oil was noted in cylinder 6 after vehicle was sitting. Has anyone else had similar issues with this model? Trying to pinpoint where this issue may be coming from

Next logical step is to check compression in all and contrast it with #6.
Are you seeing loss in oil level. Any drips on the floor which can explain loss of oil.

After not being able to find any oil or coolant leaks myself it was taken to a local Toyota dealership (no oil on ground, on the engine or undercarriage). They performed an inspection and compression test, and said oil accumulated in cylinder 6 after it was sitting. There is a loss in oil level

Please post compression number that the shop ran for you.
Also did they suggest a remedy and cost of repairs. There are some problems/issues that are left unattended [not worth the cost/effort/final-results]. Point in discussion .. loss of oil ... monitor oil level regularly, expect shorter plug life, expect shorter catalytic converter life etc. Again by how much, depends upon the amount of oil being burnt.
If the oil is not being shed, and we have evidence of oil consumption, then the oil is entering #6 from the rings or the valves or the head gasket --> they should be evident in the compression number.

How much loss over how many miles? Surprised that they did not offer any possible remedy or further diagnosis. If the oil loss is slow, such as a quart in a 1,000 miles as for instance, I would just live with it. Maybe change it every 5,000 miles to help clean things up and put some Techron fuel system cleaner in the gas tank.
