Alternator running voltage?
I replaced my failed alt not too long ago with a denso reman and have been running a scanguage ii since then. Startup voltage 13.9-14.0V and after the car warms up after a short drive it begins dropping and ultimately stabilizes around 13.3V when idling or city driving. Highway is 13.6-13.8V even after it has warmed up.
Wondering if anyone else monitors their voltage and is this typical? Vehicle is running great, no issues, I just don't have anything compare it to.

There is a built in voltage regulator that controls the output voltage. As long as you do not see a warning light or your battery keeps dying prematurely, I would not worry about the alternator. Other than the light, and life of the battery keep an ear out for strange noise.
Due to the failure you experienced, I can understand you being more cautious but the charging system has been perfected and not changed much since last 30yrs. It would be pretty low in my things to keep an eye out for.

Thanks all
That replacement job scarred me haha. I would definitely prefer not having to mess with the alternator again in this lifetime, although I guess it's like most other things and always easier with some experience. Still...
