Check Headlight System with aftermarket headlights
We purchased a 2015 RX450H with aftermarket triple beam LED headlights newly installed. When the lights are turned on it has an annoying flashing triangle ! warning light with the message "Check Headlight System". The previous owner said the shop that had just installed them told her there is no way to remove the warning light because they are aftermarket headlights. I just don't believe that! HELP! How can this be permanently cleared?

Are you referring to just the bulbs? Or the entire headlight lens? If only bulbs then replace them with the original type. How are the headlights for seeing at night?
Posting photos would help. You need to use the advanced feature to do that.
Do you know if the original headlights were halogen or HID? You can look up the original equipment using the VIN decoder link ( it is also at the top of the main page under tools) https://www.clublexus.com/forums/vindecoder.php
As a last resort, if keeping these, black tape on the dash over the warning light is a common fix.

Both headlight assembly (not just the bulbs) were replaced with aftermarket triple beam. I think it may have something to do with the feature that automatically levels the headlights so if you have a heavy load in the rear the lights don't point up and blind oncoming cars. This feature must not work with aftermarket lights, so I hope this can be disabled. Is there a way to disable the automatic headlight leveling feature that is causing the "Check Headlight System" error on the dash?

Possibly not, but other members may know more about this issue.
I suspect that the system is so integrated into the operations systems etc that you cannot stop the warning light even if you remove the rear leveler sensor and the 2 front headlight leveler things etc. There are other sensors that note when that stuff is not working or removed etc that cause the warning light to appear.
They probably had to do some wiring changes to make those things work.
It is too bad they did this instead of refinishing the lenses as the original HID headlights worked quite well and even used ones are expensive.
It may be time for black electrical tape on the instrument cluster.
