Recently bought 2012 RX350 and noticed it has a receiver type hitch. I don't see any trailer wiring hookup.
Maybe it has an aftermarket trailer hitch setup that was only used for a bicycle rack.
Or would it indicate an OEM tow package that would include other features?
Its front wheel dr not AWD.
Thanks for info.

You can always request the "build sheet" from Lexus. Provide them with the VIN.

A couple of ways to tell if you have it. Look inside the driver side wheel area toward the front. If there are vents present, they are for the transmission cooler.
Or look next to the oil filter and see if you have the oil cooler which is a couple of metal lines about 6 inches long, one above the other.
Or use this link for the Lexus Drivers Site, join for free, enter your VIN, hope it works this time and look for your build sheet. It also has your dealer service history. Sometimes a few attempts are required for it to work.
