Question Front Wheel Hubs and Bearing

First Question:
Do wheel hub and bearing the same sizes in a FWD and RWD?

Second question:
Are Lexus RX450H 2013 normally FWD or AWD?

Mine is FWD and I want to know if bearings I bought will fit or not in my Lexus

Front bearings & hubs are the same for AWD and FWD, the rear bearings however are not as the FWD ones use a speed sensor on the back of the hub itself vs. the knuckle and have no splines for a CV axle. You're fine

I always suggest to obtain the part number from dealer with your VIN.

450H comes in both flavors AWD and FWD. AWD has an additional motor for rear wheels.

There are several online Lexus OEM parts dealers that let you enter the VIN to pull up the exact parts. Shop around for price.
