I’ve been driving this car for a few weeks since I bought it used. The engine generally sounds fine and just yesterday it coded with P0011. It has 120,000 miles on it. I’ve read that it can be the sensor, solenoid, filter, needs an oil change, or even a new 12v battery. Does anyone have some advice on where to start?

Start with simple things ... gather history [fully charge he battery, check oil level [replace oil if you are not certain when it was replaced]. Visual check of wiring ... top front end and evidence of work performed.

Clear error and wait for it to come back.

If it does, then the right thing to do would be to scope the signals cam position and crank position [scope trigger] Or try replacing the sensors you stated.
