ehh maybe not. they are dual HD screens with wireless headphones. so...that number might be right.

on a side note, i noticed that the rear seats no longer have illuminated door sills

 

And you have to buy the Luxury Package to get illuminated front door sills.

 

I was a the dealership this evening picking up tickets to the auto show and my sales rep showed me a new RX350. It was black/black and looked very nice in person. I'm not crazy about the center stack, but overall I was impressed.

He said they got 3 in initially and two of them have been sold. The only one in inventory right now was the one on the showroom floor.

 

I saw one in BLACK tonight. Simple BLACK is beautiful I saw one in silver they passed me up doing better than 70 I chased him briefly but he exited the road so I got a brief look at it. I spent time Wednesday looking over the White one on the dealers floor and I really liked it a lot. Will look at it again Monday.

Thanks for posting! I was hoping to see an RX ad while channel-surfing, not yet...but as usual they appear on YouTube first. Very good ads, I like the new voice, the style, the theme.

I like them all, each makes a good point, but the traffic one brings my fantasy to life...on the I-5 here in L.A., should I have to take it, there have been moments where I wish the traffic jam would dissipate like that!

Went to my nearby Lexus dealer today & they just got 2 new 2010 RX350's in yesterday

I don't care for the new exterior, previous RX looks better from all angles, but the interior looks good to me after I sat inside. It feels modern & upscale & a big improvement over the somewhat boring interior of the previous RX. Although I haven't try it yet, I think it's nice not to have to leave fingerprints on the touch screen.

The RX I sat in is a Truffle Mica with Parchment interior. I think it's much, much nicer than the all black interior.

Thanks for sharing your photos! The Lexus site calls the interior 'L-finesse' styled so that explains the modern look with all those curves.

As for the screens, I thought it was because of the active headrests, but since the 3RX now comes with them standard, I guess they figured that out.

Hehe, I'll be sure to tell Mr. Sloyan you think he's a crusty curmudgeon. j/k To be fair he is about 68 years old.

 

so that means he was 48 when he started... and i think he sounded better then.

now he sounds to me like someone who's smoked 2 packs a day for 30 years.

i don't find him to be a curmudgeon though!
