I guess it depends on where you live.
If you have snow, I think the silver or white will definitely be lower maintenance and looks better overall.
If you ask Lexus, they'll tell you white is best as that's the color they used in their HQ launch in Japan.

We have a 2005 330 in Black Forest Pearl had to order the car and a 4 month wait but got it. Dark car it will show dirt after a rain and it rains here a lot (73" last year), but I only hand wash it and still no swirls in the paint. Wish it would hold up to rocks chips better .

My vote is for the Matador Red. Our dealer had one in this color a couple weeks ago. Looks great.
And yes, I too highly recommend the 3M clear bra. I have had it installed on my Lincoln LS and Lexus GS430. Drastically reduces the number of rock chips and pits that can accumulate on a car. Be sure to do the headlights too. Great investment!
