Just got Starfire Pearl...
This was the image I was gawking at while I was day dreaming (cruising down Pacific Coast Hwy... ocean breeze blowin my face...)
then, I woke up and realize I have a 7 month old baby girl
...so, I ended up with this:
As I left the dealership, I passed by that Ultrasonic Blue beast and whispered to it... "someday.... someday", and I walked away.
Here is little IS300 and his Uncle RX350:

Sungkyo: I love your garage
The G Man: I promised myself to never own a mini van. Never say never huh? lol
picker: Next mod will be getting an entertainment system installed. (maybe)

Engine noise - bumpy ride
I've had my 2010 for a week now. The engine does get loud, but only sometimes. What bothers me more is the road noise and the ride is really bumpy. I don't remember these problems when we test drove one! Anyone else notice if theirs is really bumpy/bouncy?

When I went on a test drive I noticed that the back seat was surprisingly bumpy. The front seat however was absolutely wonderful. My opinion might be a bit colored though as I previously test drove a Nissan Mirano and an Audi Q5. Compared to those the Lexus was like floating on air. :-)

My IS300 has a modified suspension so driving my RX350 feels soft to me and not bumpy at all. Regarding the engine noise, I notice it during acceleration but that's music to my ears.
So far so good. I give the third generation 2 thumbs up compared to it's other 2 predecessors.
