I plan to drive my new '10RX to Nova Scotia. Does anyone know if its Navi (US '10RX) can display the maps and details over there?

Yes, the map data covers Canada (including Nova Scotia).

It doesn't cover Mexico, though.

Thanks. Just want to make sure. Some vehicles' Navi show nothing on the maps north than Montreal or Quebec city...

It's probably going to be a bit longer for Mexico. I once did a study on the state of GPS in Mexico shortly before I left last year and it is spotty at best with only maps really available for larger cities. I wish Lexus would have at least put a basemap with basic highway information.
