Does anyone know how many lbs '10RX350 can carry on the car? I mean the vehicle capacity weight, including the occupants and luggage.

The manual's 2-5 section, Driving information, uses 825 lb. as the sample to calculate. Is it the true number RX350 can do? Thanks.

All of suddent, I couldn't believe this number, this car almost cannot carry heavy ppl and items.

I know I know this car isn't the truck.


The driver side door should have the label indicating this number.

According to Edmunds.com, the max payload weight is 1382 lbs.

It definitely can carry much more. However, you wouldn't want to risk the car not being able to go up a steep hill quickly or not at all. Basically, as long as you don't have like a dense grand piano in there, it should be ok.

I had 5 full kegs in the RX once with one passenger, total weight for that is around 900lbs, plus me, that adds up to ~1080 lbs. Car drove smooth!!!
