Have a 2010 RX350. The severe weather alert notification comes on all the time anouncing "severe weather" even when the sun is shining with no weather problems. My question is, how do I turn off this feature. My dealers service dept doesn't know how to do this. Anyone else have this problem?

Not sure if this is what you're asking. Does this weather alert notification "talk"?

Navi manual PAGE 326 has the weather voice guidance.

Menu -> Setup -> Voice -> Page_Down -> Weather Voice Guidance => OFF

Yes it talks and a black back box that comes up that also says severe weather warning with a icon that you can click that shows where there is a severe weather warning. When I click on the icon it shows my location with the closest severe weather warning of high winds in the ocean several hundred miles away. Where I am at in southern california it is a beautiful sunny day with no winds. Also it shows tornados on land about a hundred miles south from me. But there is no tornados in southern california.

Rxets: I turned off the voice guidance and it hasn't come up since. Seems that if you turn off the voice it disables the alert box from comming up.
