Default Obsidian/Parchment Pics

Here are a few photos of our new RX with Obsidian exterior and Parchment interior. We got the sport package, and we like the way the Superchrome wheels compliment the dark exterior.

Wow, love the wheels. How reflective would you say they are? It's just hard to tell from the angle.

Making me think they might be worth adding after all as summer wheels.

Nice color combo too. Dark with chrome trim and light interior- can't beat it.

lexus calls the color "liquid graphite" if you can imagine a pencil shading. Its a great color, i have them on my 2004 RX with the performance package

Great pics.

Btw, are those the Lexus genuine floor mats? I though they would be white color, too.

Thanks. The wheels look better in person than in photos. They look kinda "shadowy", which makes the spokes more reflective than regular silver wheels. It's hard to describe really.

Yep, those are the OEM mats. It might look a little better with Parchment mats to match the carpet, but I think it would be almost impossible to keep them clean.

Excellent pics, nice car. Glad to see the Sports package gets rid of the wood steering wheel finish, not a fan. That two-tone contrast seems to be in these days, looks great on the new BMW Z4, but i'd still be concerned with long-term upkeep on the parchment seats and finishes. I would probably pick Black sapphire pearl just to add a touch of color to the black. anyway, great car, sports pack is a must for me.

Congrats on your new RX, love the obsidian exterior, rims look great on it, the interior is truly modern compared to the previous model.

I bet that save Lexus quite a few dollar by not making different color mats and going without the wood steering wheel.

hmm. not sure in Canada. I didn't think you could mix and match here. We have about 6 option packages here: base, premium 1, premium 2, touring (with nav), sports and ultra premium (fully loaded).

I never thought to ask since I just ordered the loaded version.
