i know it's too early to talk about mods (the 2010 RX just came out recently), but do you plan on modding your RX? aftermarket jdm bodykits, larger wheels, lowering (if available)...anyone?

I wouldn't call it a true mod, but one of the first things I put on was a screen to protect the radiator from rocks etc. The grill offers no protection and the radiator fins already have a few hits to it (live in an area with lots of construction traffic/ sand/rocks etc). This was the same thing I did with 05RX330.

assuming i do buy the 2010 RX, one of the first things i will definitely do is add a 3M clear bra to the hood and front bumper. i may also add rust protection for added protection and dampening.

I did this to our older RX,
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/rx-...n-air-dam.html
I used the same concept for the area of the main grill in the 2010RX. THe older RX had exposed components at the air dam level, and several reports of heat exchanger replacement because of rock damage. THe 2010 RX does not have the same problem as far as the air dam area is concerned, rocks would have to ricochet up to get the heat exchanger, but the slots in the main front grill are plenty big enough as I already have a few bent fins. BTW, stormforge, you mentioned rust protection addition...don't they include that up there in snow country?

lexus australia have some interesting accessories for the 2010 RX:
http://www.lexus.com.au/model/rx350ng#
some of the available "mods" you could add are:
1) scuff guard (for the rear bumper, when you load/unload cargo)
2) mud flaps
3) side step (picture not shown)
4) nudge bar
info and pics from lexus enthusiast website.
