I got black 2010. At the pick up from the dealership I already seen a nail long scratch kinda medium deep so the white comes out. You can feel it with a nail. It's not too bad. Do you guys think any scratch removals would be able to seal it up? Should I yell at the dealer? Sales guys saw it too before I drove off.

Also already in the garage I noticed a lot of tiny hair scratches on the hood. You cant see them unless you look under an angle pretty hard. Is there any good removers that can seal them up or it's just a down side of the black color?
Thanks.

@HHRP: get the dealer to fix it for you. That's unacceptable delivery conditions.

But in the future, use some of the members' recommendations: Meguiar's Scratch X 2.0, Menzerna, etc. Do a search on those.

Welcome to the club, by the way!

Thanks DOUS!

Do you think dealer will fix it for me though? I mean not going to make it worse?
I also noticed that there's a slight rattle from where your belt attaches on drivers side happens when run a bump or uneven road. I'm always kinda scared that they would make something worse than better when you bring it to them

some of those scratches might be glue from the protective covering--I almost went ballistic when picking up the car when I saw lines in a couple of places--till they cleaned them up.

they look exactly like scratches.

my dealer missed them on one place--a littel 2 inch square area

Mine was scratched you can feel it with a nail.. bastards... I was too tired and didnt want to deal with it. Just wanted to take a car and go home. But i noted that there was a scratch.. you pay so much money and they still treat it like its f150.. I may have them fix it or fix it myself later.. However on the black you can see other light hair scratches too.. those are like in clear coat will see if some Quixx will take care of it.
