Excuse my ignorance, but what is a "clear bra"?

Thanks.

LOL, I was thinking the same thing about HUD. Take a look at this for more details:

A thin plastic protective film that protects (minimizes) the front of the car and mirrors from small stone chips. It sometimes is applied around the door handles and door edges. I've had it on my two RX's, and wish I had put it on my ES330 I had in 2004.

It works !

Default Teflon Coating

And if you want Teflon coating use Starbrite Marine polish with Teflon. I use it on the leading edges of my plane, makes it smoother and bugs wipe off with damp rag.

Will be waxing my car soon (to damn hot now) with Starbrite. I have the bra on front, hood (8in), top (4 in), mirrors, and windshield posts.

Best cleabra material on the market right now. Some companies private label it and call it their own like... aerotect.

Yep, mines Ventureshield. It's a great product. The Lexus dealer even sold it, but I had the guy that did my 05RX do it at a better price.

Apparently this eliminates the need to wax for at least five years. But at a cost of $475.

Is this treatment worthwhile? Anyone have any experience?

Thanks!
I bought an ES 350. The "environmental protectant" now costs $600. I fell for the hard sell. My advice, don't do it.
Lexus of Atlanta.
