Will somebody who bought one post it in this forum?

Punisher,
As far as I know, the only place to get this is direct from the source--PrestigiousSociety.com. As you have no doubt already read here, people have been very happy with the company(Mark, the owner) and their product. Unfortunately, it appears as though the price for the '10RX OR has gone up and now matches the price for 95% of the other OR's. There are still a couple that are $300. but most are $350. The reason for the price difference, I don't know, but given that it's the only product on the market, "it is what it is".

Just had one installed in my 2010 RX 350. It's great. Professional install takes about an hour. Here are answers to some questions posted earlier. The system does not interfere with the Lexus Enform system or the ipod interface. Yes you do need to have the ML upgraded audio in order to watch DVDs on the nav screen (I do not have this). Whenever the override is operational it tricks the car into thinking it is in park, therefore the nav system does not track you as you move. As soon as the override is turned off the nav system "finds" you - this takes much less than a minute. The only real difference between operating the override in the "auto" mode (default) or the manual mode is that the "auto" mode automatically switches off the override afer five minutes, while the manual mode waits for you to turn it off. I operate in manual mode because there is nothing more frustrating than searching for restaurants and having the override automatically turn off before you are finished. By the way, you make the decision about whether you want the override to operate in manual or "auto" mode one time, and the override stays in that mode until you change it (very easy to change the mode). No matter whether you choose to have your override operate in manual or "auto" mode the nav system is operational every time you start your car and the override doesn't take effect until you hit the button. For what it is worth I put the button on the dash near the steering wheel. Hope this is helpful.
Tony

Not as stealthy of an install as oball2400, but does the trick

I'll have it customized later

Agreed, Oball's install is the slickest. Your's is similar to mine (pics are in post #27), but what the heck did you do with the wire??? Also, are you still able to operate the traction lock button ?
Enjoy. It's a great device.

2WD's don't have that button. Its a blank insert if you have a 2wd vehicle.

So oball2400 also doesn't have that switch.

Curious - mine is AWD not 2

That blank would be for where the 4 wheel drive "lock" button would be for optimum torque distribution to the rear wheels when starting off and it disengages automatically at about 25mph and while braking to maximize the effectiveness of the ABS and VSC systems.

Hybrid uses a different system, it's an electric motor. It won't lock in anyway.

if you follow my thread, you'll see how it is on the ISF with the PS override and VAIS ipod adapter... another member also posted an alternative, cheaper, source for the PS override module.

good luck!

Yes notched the back to allow for wire to drop and allow it to not be visible.

I will eventually have a more custom plastic plate made with a recessed application where it will look factory-installed.

I think Stormforge does. Hasn't been around here in a while.
