My wife's car was totaled recently and we were looking for a new car for her. She was pretty sure she wanted a Lexus sedan, but after driving the RX, she was in love. We did some looking and found a '14 with 68k miles. It was the right price at the right time, so we pulled the trigger. She loves it. I haven't gotten to drive it yet, but I'm sure it's great.

what's up, just purchased a 2011 RX350. it's in great shape and i enjoy driving it so far. i was shopping for a 4runner limited... but for the same yr, options and mileage, the RX was about 8k cheaper, so went for it.
i have a couple questions... has anyone installed a chip in their rx350? or any other mods to boost the power?
has anyone upgraded the audio? we have a sequoia w/ the JBL system and it sounds awesome. the RX also has a nice system and sub... just wondering if anyone has swapped out the sub, and if so, did you need to install an amp?
Picked up a 2011 with 119,000 miles for $12,800 on Saturday. From my month long search, I believe it to be a good price. It was a one owner trade in at an Audi dealer with all maintenance done regularly at a Lexus dealer. It did have a "minor" rear damage report on Carfax, and I can see some cracked paint on the rear bumper corner if I look closely. The rest of the car I would consider to be as near to perfect as possible for a 7-8 year old car.

I still have a month left on a Ford Escape lease and am under mileage so will continue to drive that for the near term.
I do have a couple of questions:
1. The audio system has a button that says Aux/USB - where is the USB input in this vehicle? I had my son looking while driving it home and he couldn't find it.
2. The cluster has a info section that can toggle between range, ave mileage, etc... Is there the ability to put a digital readout of actual speed up there?
3. Is there a Lexus website that I can type my VIN number into to see what my actual build configuration is for the vehicle?
I do participate in other forums and understand that the search function can be my friend, but since I'm doing an intro, I thought I'd ask the questions above.

Just bought a RX 350 AWD cashmere pearl 2015 certified 31K with parchment leather .. rest of warranty until April 2019 and then two years bumper to bumper afterwards .
I have three Toyota’s as well ,2016 AWD Rav 4 ,2008 AWD Ltd 4 runner and 2005 4WD Tundra .
We were looking at another highlander as a family car but decided to try a Lexus this time so traded our highlander for it !
After buying from the same Toyota guys for a long while I had to deal with the Lexus dealer BS and lies so it was a tough time but I got through it .LOL
We are happy with the car so far but I have a question about the Michelin Latitude tires that came with it ....I am a fan generally of Michelin but have any members of experience of these on the RX350 upgraded to a Michelin Defender or a Bridgestone dueler or put a wider 245 tire on the 18 inch wheels that are standard on their vehicle ?

I assume a little old lady drove this thing to and from church/grocery shopping and kept it in her garage. Driven 2000 miles a year.
