Has anyone seen attractive body side molding for the 2010 RX yet? I don't want my car to get dings, so I'm looking for some protection that doesn't ruin the look of the car.

If your dealer can offer the good price for this, go for it. They usually provide the good warranty services along with this installation.

I saw some very good one from my dealer, well-placed and designed, but they don't have the matched color for my car. Otherwise, I might consider. (I usually don't like it)

It's not the genuine prodcut from Lexus N.A. It's the dealer-made or from 2G RX's. That's why they don't have the matched color for my RX10.

JDM Lexus does not provide this feature, either.

The side molding from 2genRx too narrow to do any good. If that's all that's available, I wonder where you would put it? There are too many variations of where another's car door could hit yours.

I just installed Body Side Moldings myself today on my 350. Got the parts from Sewell (http://lexus.sewellparts.com) for less than $100 with club member discount. You will need to download the instruction from the same website. It's so easy to install. Just follow the instruction.

I had Body Side Moldings installed at the local dealer along with Mud Guards. I wanted to use up the credit received from LS460 Valve Spring Recall.
