We plan to buy 2010 RX350 before end of year and like to know which dealer do you recommend based on your purchase (Good price/Customer service) NYC area (We live in Long Island).

Hi Ray, if you're willing to go a little west to Jersey, I'd recommend Lexus of Bridgewater. They also own Lexus of Edison, part of the Penske Auto Group, the new owner of Saturn. I have been going there for 11 years and always get a discount on both sales and service.

IMO, the dealers in central/southern Jersey are 1,000% better than the ones in northern Jersey where I live.

I personally have had great experiences with Lexus of Smithtown and highly recommend them. Friendly and courteous staff. If you want to go to Jersey, Prestige Lexus is also very friendly. Both dealers will treat you right.

Check out Lexus of Smithtown (if you wish try to sit down Mike Mandolese); so far nothing but a positive experience there - 100 % professional - I think worth the trip.
As far as I know all 3 NYC Lexus dealers are 'same owner' - fill in the blanks in regards to customer service, attiude and negotiated prices (based on previous transaction). Good luck - please let all know how you make out.
