Got it and Just installed it. total 6 bucks. For Spray paint, Zip Ties and the gutter guard and 15 min to install.

Found it!

Took off the net since it was restricting air flow and pointless for this application.

Spray Painted it

Thanks, but actually I might need to take it off

While my mom was driving it, someone back up into it in the parking lot(only 800 miles on the car ), so now it has some front end damage, not major but I cant clip it back in and its dented a bit, I am not sure if they are going to replace it or fix it.

Wondering if I should just leave it there, The local Lexus body shop will be taking care of it, they could remount it but they might not since its not OEM.

I would leave it, as they could probably do a better job of mounting with everything removed! Just depends on their attitude.

Yea, actually I'll leave it on and tell them about it, at worst they will probably just give it back to me, and Ill just install it again.

and what my pro mounting skills aren't good? ha, only thing they could do better really is the Zip Ties, I folded them through as soon as it catched to the next hole I just zipped it as you can see :P

Although not as damaging as a solid rock, I don't like bees etc plugging up the delicate fins so I'm glad for the mesh on the lower AND upper grillwork.
