Just purchased a new 2010 RX 350, can I use my blackberry and a music drive similar to an iphone/ipod. Not sure if anyone does this and how is the quality if it works.

I have a new RX 450h which has the same electronics package as your RX 350. No problem in getting my BlackBerry to work - the salesman hooked it up and copied all of my contacts into the Lexus in a few seconds. It automatically reconnects every time I start the car and I get a blue light on the BB. No idea about the other gadget you mentioned.

The dealer said that he uses his iphone for his music player and cell phone all in one that he uses with his RX. He also said if your blackberry has memory card it can play mp3's the same way as the iphone does. Not sure which blackberry model does this and if anyone has any experiances.

My blackberry tour works with the bluetooth mp3 thing, but you still have to access you phone to change songs.

if you have bluetooth, it will flawlessly play your music through bluetooth i have an rx450h with navgation

You can also likely stream from your Blackberry tour from Pandora. I have not tried this on my wife's 2010 rx350, but it works on my 2009 F150 flawlessly. I'll play around on hers to see and report back.
