Easy 20-25 minute install.
I used a Torx screwdriver but a 4mm Allen wrench works well along with a 10mm socket ratchet.Cut the front wheels for more room.
The rears a 10mm socket ratchet and a #2 Phillips Screwdriver stubby if I remember correctly..

Drilling was required on the 2nd gen, not 3rd gen best I can remember. My dealer put them on for me
Sweet price. Some people got them for four times that much

Yes (1/4"), the same diameter as the screw since the spring clips is what holds the screws intact for the rear mudguards.

It's necessary for the '10 rx, you wont be able to put the rear ones w/o drilling don't worry if you know how to use a drill you'll be fine. A smaller size drill bit will do and then use the screw that comes with it.
