RX e-brake clunk

My parents are so displeased with their $50,000 RX it is ridiculous. While backing up, four times now, after the car rolls slightly, their is a lod clunk/bang as though they hit something. They have made the dealer come get it and of course, "cannot duplicate". They get the car...again..happens. Upon looking at the skid marks on the concrete, it is apparent that when the car is put into reverse, the right rear wheel is locked as there is a 3 foot skid mark. Now, the Audi A8L she had prior HAD an auto brake and this "thing" is not supposed to.
However, a three foot skid mark seems out of the ordinary as the car has anti lock and the breaks should never be locking. So why a skid mark? Sending the photos to Lexus Dealer who could probably care less.
Onto problem two. Car has USB input, however you cannot use it if you have a bluetooth enabled phone. With the USB powered harddrive in the console, if you come into the car and start it, it will only allow you to use the bluetooth phone. Push the USB button and nothing happens. If you stop the car..walk away...shut cell off...go back to the RX..start it...VOILA...USB harddrive works. Dealer cannot figure it out. They say they have never heard of any problems with USB or IPOD. It is funny though, I can go online and see pages of complaints.
I would really question where the development of this RX was headed. Granted, it is a highly developed automobile, but it seems as though her 4 prior Lexus were much less troublesome.
