Default New Grille

Hey Michael, I like your new grille & was wondering how difficult it was to install. Did it take very long? zbillz

Are you referring to the mesh grille?

It wasn't that hard and took about an hour or so. The hardest part is getting the existing grill off the RX. You have to pull and push straight out, no prying the top or bottom first. If you do, you will break the tabs that hold it in the bumper. I actually still have the one I installed in my attic, I didn't really care for the look, it was a little to GM Denali for me. I am contemplating the LX Mode grill, just waiting for a few extra dollars.

If you need more help let me know, the instructions that came with the grill were very good.

That's good to know, MEP. The dealers around here just slap the second grill over the first. Looks stupid seeing the vertical lines from the OE grill showing through the mesh

I saw one of those and I thought, no way. The one I got you replace the entire inset, in that aspect it did look good.

Hi everyone,

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but I am wondering if anyone knows where we can purchase this grill? It's too much to convert the entire front end like a '13, but thought this would be a low cost alternative to an updated look.
