I paid 49k for my Lexus 2010 RX450 with all of what your getting accept the parking assist and remote starter. However I did get a tow prep package. So I guess make your call in comparison. I was always told the 350 was around 6-7k difference.

It has the tow prep package included. What is your MSRP?

You should get it at around invoice. Since it is a 350, they have alot of these in their inventory. They are not as hot sales as the 450h. So I won't pay more than a $1000 over invoice which is $43.5K.

They have 2 others on the lot and wanted 44000 (MSRP 48125) for it. These 2 don't have the 19" wheels and no crossbars.
Can someone tell me the differences (good vs bad) between the 19" and 18"?
Thanks,

They are desperate for the sale, not you! Let them know you will pay a bit over invoice and that is it. They have a 2% hold back, which means more money for them because the factory increases the invoice by 2% and then reimburses the dealer later.. As well as they make their most profit on the accessories. Call another local dealer. The original dealer I told i'd pay 49k didn't agree and only could do 50k. I called another local dealer and they did 49k in a heart beat.

Our 08 comes with 18". I had the 2010 with 19" for three days. We felt the ride was stiffer and it gave both of us a light headache. We are not sure if it was the rims or the new suspension though.

The dealer is firm on their 45000 price for end of March delivery. This one has the crossbars and MSRP is 49160

Thanks,
I bought Thule Aero crossbars--more versatile, hold more weight and are easily removed.
Unless someone comes up with some advantages to the 19" (which there may well be) then I'd save a grand and take one off the lot. If you decide to go for one on the lot, maybe try: "oh well, I guess we can make due with one that you have here, if you put Michelins on it and agree to $43,500"??? It's worth a shot. If not, I still think $44k for a $48k sticker is decent. People have done better, but not by much, and many do lots worse. Plus you could have that one in a few days rather than a month!
BTW, the factory Remote start is terrible. There are several threads here about it.

Well, the dealer is firm on the $44,000 for the one they have on the lot. I have 07 IS250 AWD with 26k miles on it (Red Mica/parchment, Navi, HID). I just replaced a set of tires 2 months ago (cost $1000) and I wanted $24000 for trade-in. Dealer first offer was $20k on the trade-in, I walked. The next day they offered 22k and I still think that is too low. They have not made any other offers for the last 24 hours.
Do you think 24k trade-in for an 07 IS is fair or Am I smoking something?
Thanks,

I have no idea about used car values. You can check Kbb, NADA and Edmunds to get an idea, but the dealer holds all the cards on the trade in unless you have a competing dealer's bottom line quote.
BTW, Do a search for "19 tires" here on the forum. There are many opinions.

Every time I trade my cars in I never get what I think they are worth. You can do all the research you want KBB, Edmunds, etc they always end up at least $2K lower. The Lexus dealer actually told me the have a different book that they go by. Why don't they publish that so people won't be so disillusioned when they trade in their car.
PS My cars are always in pristine condition. The sales manager actually bought my trade in.
Good Luck

Here's what every dealer will tell you: If you want full value for your vehicle, sell it yourself.
The dealer has to prep it, probably replace any items like brakes, tires, etc. then pay his sales rep, sales manager, and other assorted folks in the pyramid their $$ and often even put some type of warranty on it if the original one has expired (not in your case). And if it doesn't sell quick, he has finance ("flooring") fees to pay on it as well.
So you're selling it at wholesale to a dealership. The KBB, Edmunds, and other sites have different values displayed if you sell it private party or to a dealer.

Updated - Got the RX over the weekend
It's the last day of the month so the general manager wanted to close it. Went to have a car wash (dealer carwash since it is 20 degree here) Sat morning and after getting my mocha I went to spoke to the manager. 10 minutes later we closed the deal.
