Thumbs up Wheels on my RX

So I am so ready for spring I bought chromed OEM Lexus wheels for my car.
I know it's only March but there's a 3 year warranty on pitting.

Can't forget the pic....

Kind of a cloudy day so you really can't see much. If the sun ever comes out I'll take new pics.

I just bought one same color as yours (my second MRM and love that color). I wanted the 19" but dealers couldn't locate one with the options I wanted.

How much did you pay for the chrome 19"?

This is the first Matador Red. The first 2010 I bought was that dark gray. Just couldn't get happy, my salesperson called and told me they had the red one....the rest is history. I traded away. And yes, I took a loss but to that color it's worth it. I LOVE that color.

They chrome 17's too. Basically, they ordered the 19 replacements, chromed and they swapped them for mine. I paid $1350 for the wheels, TPMS, mounted and balanced by their mechanic and 3 year warranty. I know I keep hearing how you get ripped off by dealerships but I know if anything goes wrong, they will take care of it. Worth the price in my opionion.

That looks nice. I have 18 on mine and wish I have 19 instead.

Thanks. Don't regret doing that. Even though some people thought there was more road noise. I drove a loaner with 17's and really didn't notice enough difference. I think the bigger tire looks healthier.

I got the Chrome Wheels too. I negotiated the price to $1200. I also made them put Michelin's on. You might as well ask for it all.
I love the Chrome Wheels, they look real sharp with the red.
I vacillated between the 18"s and the 19"s and went with the 19"s. Much more aggressive looking tire.

Mine came with the Michelins, however, these wheels were put on after I bought the car. They were still the 19's but they swapped out the boring ones for the chrome. I would say 19's all the way! Looks much better and healthier. And they do look sharp with the red. Nicest color out there. Except black, if you can keep it clean long enough!

I love your set up. Good looking wheel and MRM is one of my favorite colors as well. Clean and classy, just the way I like it!

Very nice wheels. Guys, where do you get wheels with $ 1200???? I have been looking for 18" rims but they are asking 442 per rim (450h) in local Lexus dealer!

I got mine right from the Lexus Dealer. I did see someone on e-bay who will send you chrome rims for around $600 if you send back your old rims. I think you have to pay shipping both ways. Just search '2010 Lexus RX350'

Yea, but can imagine the inconvienance of sending them out, packing them up, shipping and putting them on, blah, blah, blah? I don't have the luxury of having my car sit and then go and get someone to put them on. This way too, of anything goes wrong, I can go right back to Lexus.

One difference, I had my side windows tinted. So it doesn't stand out just plain. Don't you love walking up to that car? I smile everytime I get out of work. Weird, buy hey.

Being female I can tell you women lie when they say size don't matter..
JK....
It is my first red vehicle and I thought I wouldn't keep it. But every time I wash it, I fall in love with it all over again. It has to be clean! Drives me nuts when it gets dirty cuz I like to see paint sparkle in the sun.
