Wind Noise and loud engine in slow speed

Mine is kind of noisy also particularly at 1st and 2nd gears. It's probably most likely due to the chain drive and different manifold. I posted the possible use of Dynamat Hoodliner on the hood to try to reduce the noise, but I didn't get any response.

Pole Position
Just picked up a used lexus RX350 two days ago and mine is fine expect i'm also experiencing a loud engine roar when taking off. Its kinda bothersome. Out of the 15 or so lexus RX's i test drove at different dealers i did notice one had that wind noise coming from the drivers door and two others also had the engine noise im talking about. so idk.
