Cruiter, can you post a pic of the front of your engine where the belt is suppose to be located, if any, in your RX?
I know you might have to take a plastic cover shroud to have a good look at it. But this will clear out some confusion.
Thanks.
I must be really bored. I had to lite it with an LED flashlight as it was so tight the camera flash couldn't see around the hose. The bolts you see are over the plate. I saw no belt. I hope this settles the issue.
BTW, I lost one fastener in the process .

Gosh, I hope the fastener doesn't get caught in the belt!!
(sorry, rather lame)
I hope the 450 doesn't have a belt. I've been bragging since getting it that it didn't have any belts...

Well a previous poster said the 2010 Prius didn't either. Fine with me as well as no schedule anymore to replace the water pump with the timing belt. I always traded before that.

Many thank's Cruiter.
I stand corrected.
That closes that issue.
I guess the water pump is electrically controlled.
There is a nice big ribbed belt on the 350. No question I just looked.
Yep, I agree. It's very close to the engine block low on the passenger side of the engine. If you look with a bright light you can see the belt and some pulleys.
