Anyone had this TSB performed? I was in for my 10k on monday and they ordered the new radio for me.

Can you provide more information? I haven't heard of that one. Also what was the reason they've ordered a new radio if you don't mind?

Will you lose your XM service after replacing unit?

I was told by my dealer that there has to be a software update -something to do with ability to change the volume on internal bluetooth system--something that was just missed.

What sound system do you have - Premium, Mark Levinson? Is this TSB applilcable to all the systems?

I had this finally replaced today but they are holding my car an extra day to fix the darn bumper issue for the third time....

From the TSB: "Some customers may experience a condition, when using the Bluetooth hands-free system to make a phone call, where the person on the landline side of the phone call hears static noise or distortion. An updated radio assembly has been developed to address this condition."

The replaced part is called an "R & R Radio Assembly".

This may not help much but they ordered a new radio for my RX and all I told them was, while on blutooth I have to speak real loud for people to hear me. They have ordered a new radio but haven't gotten it installed yet.
