I called and asked how much the cost would be to take off my cross bars.
He said just bring the RX in today if I want and they'll be no cost.

Nice. Like they say, small things make a big difference.

I have a few hundred Lexus credit card points I would tap into if the cost wasn't ridiculous.Maybe one hour.$0 is nice.
This SA always has treated my wife and I and my kids well.
I'll throw him a $20.It's worth it to me just for the convenience of being able to get it done today..
I expected the cost to be an half hour to an hour.More an hour which is I believe $110+tax.

I have taken off my crossbar myself. It should take about 15 minutes if you know how to remove the end cap.

Yeah,I did a search and read some instructions on the cross bars removal.I didn't want to attempt it because I read of some possible plastic cracking that happened so I decided not to try it.
I figured I'd better stick with doing oil changes and filters and a few other things.
