^ i don't see it as a bashing thread BUT as a compilation of unpleasant experiences by members who purchased GM/Ford/Chrysler cars/pick ups.
and THIS thread is a response to MartyE for his thread/review..which he has every right to do so.
Hey, what works for ME may not work for you.

i strongly believe that anyone who views this thread will get a ratio of happy and unhappy LEXUS/GM/Ford/Chrysler owners.
Hopefully, as part of their research this will help them make a well informed decision.
after all, it's NOT just a toaster we're buying here.

Cars are like any other product regardless of who manufactured it. Most happy customers will never tell anyone about their experience unless asked. On the other hand, and unhappy customer will tell anyone who will listen. These forums are great for that. Consequently, what we hear most are unhappy people with problems. I really like our new RX, but in my view, it is not without issues. I also love my 2008 CTS. It has had minor issues as well that were address promptly and correctly by the dealership. Not the dealership from whom I purchased the car I might add. Get off the band wagon folks. Not all GM cars are great (mine is) and neither are all Lexus products. Let's move on!!!
