While traversing the country from S to N and back, I found two issues with my audio system that I cannot resolve. First my CD's won't ID themselves on the screen and secondly, when I ask the audio system to randomly select CD's of IPOD touch, it will not. Any suggestions would be appreciated or is this a NAV system issue. Thanks in advance.

if someone from Lexus is watching this board, I would like to make a pitch to develop a software update for the ipod scrolling issue. This is a safety issue as you have to watch the screen because it randomly starts a playlist when scrolling. Most everybody here is away of this issue.
Then the nav issue--software should be updated to allow use while driving. No reason to force folks to get a 3rd party fix.

Only a couple of my CDs are recognized so that titles and song lists are displayed. Don't know why - may have something to do with the way the info is encoded on the CD. Very frustrating.
