I think it should be accessible via the Multi-information Display (viewable inside your dash). Try pressing the switch on the steering wheel and flip through until you see the customization options.

Those are three options that cannot be changed by the owner, however your local dealer may be able to do so. The only user selectable Imperial to Metric options are on the Navigation system and HUD output, unless someone can prove otherwise.

^ i believe when you change the imperial to metric option via the navi system, it automatically shows the revised metric on the hud output? not 100% sure...

I stand corrected, you can change Miles to Kilometers in the Nav. Go to Setup -> General -> then look for the miles/km conversion option. I just saw it last night. I haven't looked for the psi/bar conversion...but Good luck!

The Navi imperial/metric toggle affects the Navi only, not the HUD.

Toggling the HUD's display from imperial/metric can only be accomplished via the MID.

On p.201 of the owner's manual, when you push the HUD button, it will switch from km/h to mph on your headsup.

I forgot about that shortcut. Thanks!

EDIT: The beauty of this shortcut is it can be done on-the-fly. The MID way requires the car to be stopped.

Hi,

At least thermometer display from F to C is not possible. I asked this from Lexus Customer Service. They have C display in Canada and F display in USA. Even in old Toyotas you could change the display but not in brand new Lexus. It is weird. I suppose it is the same with the tire pressure monitor.
