jtrue28, Cool. Do you or anybody know if the 450h has the plug AND if you can get the blue led? I would definitely like to change mine. I ask for it when I purchased the 450h, but it comes with a package we were not getting.
Thanks for the picture jtrue. That is going to be sweet to add that.

it's pretty easy to partially pull up the scuff plate to check. looking at that pic, if the plug is there it will be towards the right side. that's where you pretty much have to start pulling up the scuff plate anyway, so once you got it halfway unclipped, just reach under and feel around for the plug.

Jtrue, 10-4 on that. I was wondering if there is a difference between the Canadian/Japan manufactures. Will yours be blue or white?
On our 02 SC it is super easy to pull up, so must be the same.
Thanks,

oh, it's already installed....took me 10 minutes. dealership wanted $315. I hope to God they would have charged me less than that once they got in there and saw how easy it would have been.
Here's some more pics of the install. Sorry they're not great quality, was in the moment and all I had was my Iphone.
Here's the connector on the illuminated scuff plate
Here's a closer view of the plug underneath the scuff plate
When you remove the old scuff plate it leaves these black grommets behind
On the new scuff plate, you have to take those black grommets off first
Once you get those off (there's 4) it will look like this
Then it's just a matter of plugging the cords together and re-attaching the scuff plate.
Here's the final product

according to Luis with Carson Toyota...the Japan scuff plates that will light up all four doors haven't been released yet to order. I would imagine, just like with my GS, the back doors will be a PIA to install. you can order the blue scuff plates that are for the RXh...although they will probably come from Japan and require 4-6 weeks shipping time before they are mailed out to you.

It's my understanding the front "Blue" illuminated sill plates for the 2010 RX450h is not available. The blue illuminated sills that I see on this thread is the ones that came with the Luxury Pkg. Correct? If they are available could someone post where and maybe the part #?
Thanks,
