I live in the midwest and I'm looking for a 2010 RX350. There are only 2 dealers in the area and it's own by the same guy. I just asked for a quote and they give me $1500 over invoice is that a good price?

I paid invoice in April but I do have many Lexus dealers in a 50 mile radius.
Might pay for you to get online quotes from dealers out of your area and either ship the RX,fly, drive to pick up if it's worth it to you.
If I were in your case,I'd try to get them down to $1K or less and even go for the $1500 in a few days hoping they'll call and come down some.I would just buy the RX and not go through the hassle of traveling and then getting the registration and plates myself for say $1K-$1500.Anything more I'd do the leg work.

Southern California Purchase
Just purchased a 2010 RX 350 FWD...it had an MSRP of $47,600, and includes Nav, Premium Package, Comfort Package, Towing Package, Parking Assist, Wood/Leather Steering wheel, Premium accessories, etc. Plus, the dealer threw in Chrome wheels (increased MSRP to $50,500) that were already on the vehicle...my price was $41,000 plus tax/license. Starfire Pearl/Ivory. No trade in. TrueCar Invoice pricing $42,977 without chrome wheels, probably $43,927 or so with chrome wheels.
