2010 RX350 Hood Problem: Loose Hood
Hi everyone,
I am a happy first time Lexus Owner. 2010 RX350 is my first new car. Had 2002 Nissan Altima before for college.
I rented a garage for my car, but the drive way is very narrow and I already scratched a little paint off two times on the front passenger side and rear drive side.
I recently noticed that my hood (when closed) can be pressed down a little ( more on the passenger side where hit) and pops up when let go, and makes a little click sound.
I am wondering if that's because it was scratched against my garage door, or it is just the way it is.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks

Since you indicated you did something to it, only the dealer can advise you. I'd take it in if for nothing more than to make sure it won't fly up on the highway.

On cars I have owned in the past, there are little stops on the front corners of the hood which can be adjusted. If you can push one side lower than the other, you can probabably adjust that side. However, I have no idea of the RX has this.

Thanks Guys for your replies
I think it's because I squeezed the passenger front against the garage door post. The driver side hood is tight. The passenger side hood can be slightly lifted, only very little that can be felt by hand. Hood is securely locked so it won't open up when driving.
