Default I just bought a 2010 RX 350!

I finally bought my 2010 RX 350 today. I love it. They were really working for me to lease, but I didn't want that.

Obs. Black
Comfort Package
Prem. Package
Nav
Light gray interior
Leather and Wood shift **** and steering wheel
and all kinds of other goodies.

We were at the dealership for 6 1/2 hours - checking out many cars and making the deal.

I know the black will be challenging to keep nice, but I'm up for it.

I'm really happy to get rid of the gas-hog GX with 15/18, and go into a smaller but more efficient vehicle.

I have to figure out where to keep my key-fob not to lose it...I almost lost it inside the car when I was trying out some of the features tonight.

Going to watch the supplied video now to learn more.

Thanks for all your help.

Just adding my welcome and hope you love your RX as much as I do. they're not perfect, but they are great vehicles.
by the way, I know they are bulky, but I just leave the fob in a handy pocket - guarantees I won't leave it in the car when I get out. Enjoy!

Congrats! Post pictures when you get a chance and stock up on the swirl remover Hey, it happens on all colors including my Tungsten Pearl.

You might want to consider getting the wallet key to solve your problem with the key fob. It's not exactly cheap but may be worth it to you. One downside is you can't open the power tailgate with it, unless you get your dealer to program the button on the back like mine did. I didn't get it myself because I have remote start. I'll stick with the key fob. It's really not that bad.

Enjoy your RX! You'll be very happy with it.

Good deal, welcome.

You will be very happy, I still enjoy getting behind the wheel and can't imagine what else I would be driving.

WELCOME!

Thank you! I will post pics when I figure out how to upload them to this site. LOL!

I'll be on the lookout also for the swirl remover. I also think I'll get use to the fob..just a different concept.

I'm sure I'll have many questions - but this forum is great. Lots of threads for me to go through for knowledge.

The passive entry is probably one of my favorite things of all the goodies that the RX has. I just keep the fob in my purse, and then I don't have to be searching for any keys. So convenient!

Hi, Sean, thank you for the nice words. My new car-baby is not a hybrid. Thought I just stick with what I know. I'm very happy with it.

Lapdrn - there are pics at this link:

Congratulations you will love the vehicle. We noticed a big jump in gas mileage on ours after we got over about 10,000 miles. My wife likes it so much she is looking at a used IS-250 to drive into work in Baltimore because it would be easy to park in the garage. She doesn't want to risk her SUV getting scraped.

Thanks, MD - I love it already! I know what your wife means about being afraid of being scraped. I park as far away as I can from other vehicles in parking lots and at work. Sometimes it doesn't matter though - someone always manages to park next to me.

The gas mileage is getting better everyday. I'm at 19.6 now. I just hit a big 500 total miles today - 3 weeks old.

You can imagine what comes out my mouth when I park in the farthest corner of the parking lot, with no one else nearby, only to come back to find someone parked RIGHT NEXT to me, although there are hundreds of other empty parking spots in the lot!

I am completely at a loss to understand why people do that!

BRC - I get very annoyed when people do that - "go away" I say. Not that they can hear me, though.
