Thank you KD007. I finally got DRL done at the Kingsway Toyota and it costs $300 incl. tax. Not a good deal but it is still better than quote from west lexus. Then spend $160 incl. tax in crappy tire downtown for OOP inpection and $0 for federal. Now I got my AB plate.. ^_^

I have a quick question. I have no Nav 350. Is the DRLs turn on only when driving (auto mode)? I have no way to turn the DRLs on when parking.

^I have no nav but ours is manual, it's either off or on by turning the switch.

You can simply turn on high beam, and that's your DRL. Of course fog light will be off.

I always live it at auto mode and never seen it comes ON. Not even sure it's on when driving.

It means i have to leave High beam ON all the time in order to have DLRs. Seems like it's illegal in MA.

If it's on auto mode, it should have turn on whenever the engine is on. I just looked at ours and it's either off or auto.

Of course you don't want high beam on all the time. I meant you can check your DRL by turning the high beam on "when parked" at night. During DRL should be on all the time even when parked if you set it auto.

if set to auto like others have said, your DRLs will be on when the engine is started and the parking brake is not on

Do you have the DRLs turned on? The control is on the left hand stalk off the steering wheel

That's it. I can see the DRLs when I'm stopped behind a car. Parked, no. I'd have someone put the RX in D while you're standing in front, foot on the brake of course The DRLs should come on.

Didn't you change the DRLs recently? I'd swap them out with the old bulbs and check.
