I was wondering, is there anyone shopped at http://lexus.sewellparts.com/? Do they really sell oem for Lexus only? Perhaps good prices?? Thx

I have and many of our members have. They are a forum vendor here and offer a discount for Club Lexus members if you use your CL login when you set up your account.

Sewell is great. Darrel went above and beyond when I had a problem with an order. Their site is easy to navigate and prices are pretty good too. I would definitely recommend them.

Most Lexus parts I buy are from Sewell.
Many orders over the last few years and never a problem.

I bought Mud guard and all weather cargo mat, I'll say it's very good price. Better than my dealer they're asking about $460 for both but I got them $155.00 shipped plus the small paint. and mud guard I installed them my salf.

I cant believe I am the only person who has had trouble with Sewell.

They have screwed up all 3 of the orders I have done with them. I gave them the first one. The second time was just as bad. And I told myself I wouldn't use them again.

The third time I bought something off eBay. And didn't realize it was them. After I found out it was them. I prayed for the best. But God wasn't listening. After a couple months. It took a call to the Lexus area rep for customer service. To get them to ship my stuff. Calls were never returned.

They only thing you can guarantee is your card will be charged within minutes of placing the order.

^ yeah, that is surprising. i ordered from sewell once, and didn't have any problems whatsoever. i will order from them again if i need to get lexus parts.

Placed an order on Tuesday, received them 2 days after, installed mud guards on Saturday, It took me less than 20 mins to mount them, cleaing bottom of the car almost 45 mins, parts looking good!! Thanks guys

FWIW, you are not the only one. I have placed many orders in the last couple of years, and everything has gone flawlessly. However, a big order from a few years back was repeatedly screwed up, and the issue was not resolved until I spoke with Darrel's boss, who was a pleasure to deal with and is the reason I have continued to shop there.

Nothing against Darrel, but his attitude and unresponsiveness at the time left a lot to be desired for someone in customer service, who in the end was supposed to address his company's repeated mistakes on an order that was over $1k.
