We can open and close the door manually and the door locks.

I have checked the 30 amp fuse #4 with a meter and it is good.

The dash button will not open the door and the hand grip on the door only works manually.

Any ideas?

Check the button in the glove compartment to make sure the power rear latch hasn't been disabled. It's to the lower left. You might need to angle your head a little to see it. I can't recall whether it needs to be pushed in or out. Good luck and hope it works.
